Mikaela who helped me dropped what she was doing and helped me find what I needed. I’m not in the know of what I needed because I’m not as savvy on computers and printers. She was very courteous and friendly plus very knowledgeable Staples is lucky to have her. I wish there were more like her in other stores who are respectful and helpful to those of us that are elderly.
