We went to the Staples store and an associate helped us locate the correct Ink Cartridges that were needed. They helped us to see the best buy if we bought individually or in a combo pack. Finding out that a comb pack will save us money and we got an extra black ink cartridge with the combo pack. The associate was very friendly and helpful. We had the old cartridges with us and he recycled them and added to my Staples reward. Very fast and frindley service got in and out of the store very timely. Thank you!
