I was able to buy a full pack of HP ink from Staples online getting a discount by using coupons. For that I got help on the phone. The item arrived within two days. I was a bit worried because the delivery box was torn open and left at my front door but the ink was in there untouched. No paperwork though. Despite this delivery problem I continue to shop at Staples - in person and on line and am always satisfied.
