I've had my HP Printer for six years now. So for me myself and I whom have only used HP Printer's since day one an "Overpriced Set of Ink Cartridges is not that big of a deal." Everyone in the Westwood Village Store was very friendly and helpful however.

I used an off-brand that I bought cheaper on the internet. It seemed to work fine for many months until I tried to print on photo paper. I contacted that company and told them that it didn't work on that paper. They had us do all sorts of head-cleaning. Then we put the cartridges back in except for a new HP that we found in the drawer. Only the HP worked! The printer said the other were damaged! So I bought all HP and put them in. Fixed! Even on photo paper. I will stick with the HP ink because it has a guarantee. Thank the Lord that the off-brand company was gracious enough to refund the other ink. This HP order was placed in the store so I was given the coupon savings for the sale and then it was shipped right to my house and in record time! Thanks Staples! Ask your associate for this combo pack. It was not on the shelf and they said it was not online. But asked them to look again for the pack that was ALL XL with two black cartridges. They looked again and found it. Don't give up! :-) Jn. 3:16
