Not a grip about Staples but against the printer companies when it is cheaper to buy a new printer than refills for the ink. we should be trying to cut down on waste in this country. instead of promoting waste by discarding printers just to replace ink.

this was the first time I had to replace this ink cartridge found it difficult since I did not know how to install and there are no instructions on the package on how to install or replace the cartridge - there should be some instructions on the package - product is good/excellent

Staples is an easy store to order with and has fast free shipping. Genuine HP cartridges bring in empty cat ridges to the store for $2.00 ea. Make sure you have your rewards account already setup. Look for specials as well.
