This toner for an HP OfficejetPro 8600 provides good quality color and of course black alone can be used for all copies. The cartridges are very easy to snap in. My only complaint is the unnecessarily high price over $100 for four small cartridges (blue red yellow black). I have a home office so I have to count pennies. I use very little color but find that the cartridges are so small that it seems to me I have to replace them more often than not. In the future I will look more carefully at copiers so that I can get the maximum quality for the minimum price. HP should take notice that there is plenty of competition out there for these office products and they should think seriously about lowering the prices. I was very pleased that Staples found the lowest possible price for me and so far the service I have received from Staples is really really excellent.

Having a combo with the ink I can purchase helps alot. That way you also know that your buying the correct cartridge and not have to worry about the numbers every time. thank you

I haven't used this ink purchase yet. As always I buy a supply to carry me beyond my current usage so that when I run out I have a backup. This is an HP product and has always served me well. I just hope as my printer grows older the supply of this special ink cartridge will always be available to me. If not my only alternative will be to discard a perfectly good printer for a newer model which will have a new series of ink cartridges. R. Schmid r

I only needed the yellow cartridge but bought the whole pack. Put the yellow cartridge in my printer and now the printer doesn’t work. Will be returning the whole pack.
