my only complaint is the cost. It seems to be standard wherever you go so having the lowest price gurantee is mute. I appreciate turning in used cartridges for a coupon to use at Staples. HP printers work best with HP ink so hard to find a bargain. My dad used a generic and he thought it was toast.. worked fine when HP ink was used.

I always purchase the full color package of HP950XL Color ink Cartridges of the 950 series inks I find this to be me most effective way to insure constant inventory on all colors.
