I have not ever had any trouble with the hp ink-- I have had a number of hp printers and ALWAYS use the hp ink. It is good color and solid with balck and white printing. I have not had trouble with the printers I have had and I do think that is because I use the hp ink-- It is always available at the STAPLES store in Mason City Iowa. I save the cartridges and take advantage of the STAPLES "recycling" program for the cartridges. My friend told me about it! I have told others and continue to work with STAPLES for my other office products. Good quality and great value. I find the staff to be helpful and willing to explain things to me. I will go back -- I love a good bargain. I also use the REWARDS card with my purchases and the office gets the coupons--which of course we use!

A trusted product although personally I think it is a bit high priced compared with some other brands. However having said that I must say I have never had any problems arise from using HP ink in my trusty HP printer and have had problems in the past if I used a refill from another source instead. Hp you have my loyalty for quality products.

These ink cartridges are great with my HP printer. I work from home and do alot of printing and these cartridges will last for months without needing to be replaced. Good job HP!!
