[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the whole package ink cartridge, it just didn’t work,I tried to print out colored pages, but end up the printout is just black, the color cartridge are not working. I had bad experience with other supplier, then I thought HP should work, and this was my first buy HP original ink cartridge, it still didn’t work out, so so disappointed! I had to return it.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you don't have the color printing. It is odd that you've tried two different suppliers with the same experience. Let's see if we can figure out what is happening to you.
It is possible that it is not the cartridges that are the problem. It could be that the printhead in the printer is clogged. There is a cleaning routine that can be reached from the printer menu that could help. Sometimes it needs to be run a few times if the printhead nozzles are badly clogged.
If that helps, the printer might have been turned off using a power strip or switch. The power button on the printer itself should always be used to turn it off. That will let the printer 'park' so that the printhead is protected from excess drying that causes clogs to form in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.
