This product is great on replacement time not so as far as it's price point It is very crisp in its colors no running it makes for an excellent professional appeal and yet good enough for everyday use sharp and crisp in black and white just as in color unlike other HP printers that requires calibration after installation... immediately using up the ink upon installation this 8600 saves you in this regard so this can be weighed against cost it may or may not be a factor for some fyi.
