for shame! system neglected fact also bought this at same time as above. your inks are always top drawer and seem to last forever performing at end as well as at beginning. BUT altho cannot comment on shredder as the old one suddenly returned to what i assume will be a brief life my main point in this reply is to comment on the attention and help from EVETTE who spent much time helping me choose the right printer/type for my needs; working out a suitable warranty program for me = highly knowledgeable and patient and in all one of my best times shopping your wonderful store!!!

I think the ink that this product puts out is really good. I just think the price you have to pay for it is way to high.

Cameras phones and on and on... We've also watched the price of things escalate to the point of ........ being way more expensive than the average senior citizen can afford!?! You did ask...!?!
