To my astonishment I received an old old all wrinkled kindly of beaten up box. I hope the ink will last me and will not dry up quickly. I couldn't bring back the box as I needed it right away. But will never again order on line will take the time to go to the store and get it myself. Lately have been really disappointed with Staples product. If I am again unsatisfied will have to get my office products somewhere else.

Staples has so many ways to save so I buy all my ink from them. I always get the brand name for much less then the replacement brands but using the discounts that Staples have.
