Excellent Print Quality

As a small business owner I can't have downtime with ink or printer worries. My HP Officejet Pro 8600 combined with the 950 XL and 951 cartridges are a winning combination. The printing quality is excellent and I usually get about a month out of the cartridges which is surprising since as a distributor of architectural products I'm constantly printing specifications spreadsheets drawings and quotations. Although the ink cartridges are not inexpensive when I recycle the empties at my local Staples my reward total is typically $20 or more a month.

Usually the cartridges are fine but this one put out black lined pages for the first 5 or 6 pages.

A Necessary Evil

In the modern "paperless" world I have found I am printing far more than ever before. Go Figure. Anyway this produce is a necessity for printing. Yes it does what it is supposed to do which is magically stick to the paper in a predetermined manner that when complete is clear crisp and easy to read. Unless your source is not crisp clear and easy to read. It is unbelievably expensive for what you are getting but printers are so much cheaper these days than a few years back. With that in mind I suppose it balances out in the end.

I print at least a ream of paper a day and I do find that I seem to use less ink. I am purchasing the ink about once a month.
