I've spent probably 10 times over in ink what the machine cost new. Love the machine and the functions that it does. There is no competition in the field of printers Some day in the future they will be sorry that they charged so much for the ink someone will invent something new that will replace printers.

I have 2 of the OfficeJet Pro printers in my office and I do a lot of printing since I run 3 different businesses out of this office. I get somewhere between 1000 to 1500 printed pages out of 1 ink refill in the black and in the color I get between 500 and 700 pages before I have to replace the cartridges. This printer and ink are the most cost effective combination that I have found. I would reccommend them to anyone who does a lot of printing. The print clarity is also exceptional. My experience with color printing is that many printers the ink comes out wet and smears that is not the case with the OfficeJet Pro series and the 950 & 951 ink.

This is a very good product. The previous printer required cartridge replacement on a frequent basis. These new carriages last longer so require fewer replacement purchases.
