This ink has never smeared or leaked. Copies are clear and professional looking! I am also impressed by the fact that the cartridge lasts for a long time. It's alittle pricey but I don't mind the cost when a product such as this performs well and lasts.

Ink cartridges are fine. Disappointing that there was a sign saying coupon for 25% of purchase... when I asked cashier he said it would show up in an email. Never received it. Advertising not clear:/ or misleading
