Ordered to be picked up in 1 hr. Instructions were to not come to the store until I received a confirmation email stating order was ready. After 1.5 hrs I just went to the store which was not ready. Staff did put it together after I got there. Product is always good. No sense ordering online if the order is not being fulfilled.

I will only buy cartridges from Staples. Last time I ordered online the cartridges only lasted two months. Staples lasted much longer and brighter colorization.

XL 951 gives me peace of mind I don't have to run to Staples so often. Using the Combo Pack is much cheaper.
