Because of arthritis in both hands I have great difficulty opening each cartridge by taking off the plastic piece. Very difficult. One of the cartridges leaked all over inside of printer and on my carpet/

Hi Valerie It is regrettable that you didn't get a set of cartridges that worked well for you. I can understand if you're not happy about that.
