Purchased this for a small business office and needed quicker printing than my older hp and wanted it to hold more paper. I'm using two sided printing to save on paper to make up for ink usage which is yet to be determined.

the cayan and magenta are not working only the yellow

Hi Georgia I would like to clarify why the cyan and magenta did not work. If the cartridges are not new they are likely to empty. Replacing them will fix this problem. It might be a case of the printer not recognizing the cartridges. If there are any error messages see the support site for HP at https://support.hp.com/. There are lots of helpful articles to read.
