I was very disappointed. I installed the “new” ink cartridges. The Cyan was no good at all. The other inks were not completely full either except for the black. I went back to the store immediately. I took a photo showing the ink levels plus my old cartridges I had removed and the “new” ones I had just installed. Plus a printout showing a ghostly image. All to prove I wasn’t lying. Ink costs why too much to be unreliable! I returned the set for a refund. I didn’t want an exchange just in case the other inks came from the same inferior lot. I still need ink too! 🤷♀️

As soon as I put these cartridges in the copier QUIT working. Had to have a repair guy come. He got it working but the color copies are coming out streaky. Never had this problem before.
