I'm done with HP ink. I've had several cartridges explode when trying to remove the orange tab. And they are way too expensive for such a shoddy product. Not to mention the mess of ink everywhere. Switched to an Epson copier and ink tanks. Now that was clean and easy.

This is the first time purchasing from Staples and the quality is not very good. I may try again otherwise I will need to find a new location to purchase my computer supplies.

Hi Valerie It is regrettable that you didn't get a set of cartridges that worked well for you. I can understand if you're not happy about that. If any of the cartridges were received defective look into returning it to the seller.
