I purchase this product all of the time and I have never had a problem. This particular box had a defective cyan. I'm just frustrated because of course I had a project to complete. Hopefully I can make the exchange and all will be right with the world.

I paid almost $100.00 for this ink and it was completely dried out??? I had to print up contracts so it was an emergency... I had to return the next day :( It was a major INCONVENIENCE and it was very stressful..

Unfortunately the yield on the Xl was only the black ink. The other colors weren’t XL. Sadly HP is behind in production of the color ink including Staples is out of stock. Printing only black and white. Printing is reduced. Not recommending HP!

Good quality ink and prints well. Ink does not last anywhere near as long as HP says it will and these cartridges are outrageously expensive. I think I paid less for the printer.
