I purchased two packages and the color cartridges in the first package did not work. The color cartridges in the second package worked. It was not a printer problem ( I completed all of the protocols and upgrades on the printer to try to correct the problem). Very disappointed in H/P's product.

Smaller than my old one faster has more "copy options" like two sides to two sides etc. The ink is way more expensive though. Way more.
