The ink is to small. You have to replace them almost monthly. Plus the printer is super slow. 9015e. Wouldn’t suggest either

Hi Michael I am sorry that the cartridges didn’t last long for you. I can understand if you are not happy but rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. Unless there was something wrong with a cartridge ink usage determines how long it lasts. High-density prints (such as images and graphs) will use more ink especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the surrounding air is dry. Here are some things that might help lower your ink usage: - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible - Using the black-only setting will save on colored ink usage. - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying - Subscribe to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page not for the cartridges themselves If the poor performance appears to be due to a defective cartridge consider returning it. I had to get a new printer and had to start using this ink. The ink/printer combo is not as good as my older HP was. I seem to go through ink more quickly which is a big bummer!

Overall we get good prints from the machine they are fast and of good quality. It did require a lilies effort to allow my computer to send things to the printer. I find the little control panel awful small and not as easy to control as my last HP printer. I also think that a basic manual would be nice to figure out how some of the machines functions are controlled. And that HP+ was not well explained what the cost was so I optioned out of it. We aren’t a busy office so we don’t do a huge amount of printing so it was hared to tell if it was a good deal or not.
