I like this printer quality and speed. However I want to use tray 2 for envelopes. I have the settings correct for #10 envelopes and using Microsoft Word to address the envelopes The printing comes through off the page as if it were a bigger envelope. I have never had trouble with and other HP or Epson printer setting up to print envelopes. It is normally as simple as can be. If I am doing something wrong I cannot figure it out.

The ink itself does the job. BUT IT IS GROSSLY OVEPRICED! Every time I must purchase a refill I feel so victimized. Competitor's ink's prices are not nearly as high. I will be looking for alternatives The increase in price over the past several years far outstrips the rate of inflation.

The most plausible explanation is that the printer isn't reading the sticker on the cartridge. To counter this problem reinsert the cartridge.
