The ink works very well. No complaints. I simply do not understand the pricing of ink these days. All brands all companies are out of control on the pricing.
The ink did not work in the HP printer. We tried 3 different sets of cartridges. Fortunately the Staples tech did not charge us for the 3rd set when he tried it in the printer. Apparently HP is making it so hard to use alternate ink that the printer won't even recognize it's own ink.

Hi there Ron Did you get a return from Staples? The site www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/ provides an online return form. You also have the option to return the cartridges to a store. If your printer rejects multiple cartridges it is from a recent software update. Reverting this update will allow printing to occur. Try to unplug and restart the printer as well.
