Ink is great.. Staples was great to deal with. HP Auto ink jet renewal is HORRIBLE!!! They dictate when you buy ink AND they have control over your printer so if they don't like something they will disable the printer.

First thing I did not purchase HP 962XL. I purchase HP910 individual (4). I am not pleased because the price is too high for the amount of ink. You cannot print 200 sheets before your ink is out. I am search for other carriers.
