Easy to install ink quality seem pretty good. Ink is way to expensive last printer from HP I will buy. The ink program is very bad they shut off the ink cartridges when you end the program. So you can’t use the printer till you buy new cartridges no matter how much ink is left in the mail order program cartridges.

My bad for not fully reading the listing as I thought I was ordering 4 sets of ink and all I got was one set of each color. Not a bargain in my opinion. HP 962XL/962 Black High Yield and Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Standard Yield Ink Cartridge 4/Pack

Hi Jennifer I see there has been a misunderstanding about the product details. This product comes with four different colors not four cartridges of each color. It seems you believed the purchase came with four cartridges of each color. If you want you could check to see if you can return the item.
