Printer says it is faulty. A disaster as we are located in a remote area and this is a pain.

According to the Staples return policy you can have a replacement sent to you by doing the following: - Go to My Orders in your account information - Find the order with the item you’d like to return and select “Return an Item” - Select "damaged or defective" as your return reason - You will be asked if you’d like to receive a replacement product sent to you at no cost.
