This toner cartridge was awesome. It was so much better than the other 15-20 identical cartridges I have purchased in the past. 10 out of 10. Totally worth the 159 dollars.

So much money! only lasted 2 weeks and now ink is low. Hardly any use. This is the 3rd time it has happened. will not purchase there anymore. They will think I am lying if I keep returning them but cannot continue to use.

Hi Migdalia Returns are accepted as long as they comply with the return policy. See the return policy at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. It might not be a defective cartridge if this happened with multiple cartridges. Each runs out in dry environments. To counter this turn off the printer each time. Clean the printer before each use.
