For years I’ve purchased printer ink from YOU and have always been satisfied; returned empty ink carriages and gained and used credits gained. Then I purchased another HP printer and instant ink along with it … thinking it might be good … NO!!! Mother board of printer went bad shortly after warranty period; Ethernet was the only operating ability and HP printer ink cartridges on hand wouldn’t work!!! That being said I’m back to purchasing from You ….

It is well known that HP charges customers "through the nose" for the ink for their printers. Is the reason Epson came up with their alternate solution. You ought to try giving your customers a better deal on ink.
