I'm still using the ink that came with the new printer (amazed it's lasted this long) so I'm unsure how long this new ink will last. Based on my last printer the xl ink lasted close to a year and if these last that long I'll be pretty happy.

So much money! only lasted 2 weeks and now ink is low. Hardly any use. This is the 3rd time it has happened. will not purchase there anymore. They will think I am lying if I keep returning them but cannot continue to use.

Hi Migdalia Returns are accepted as long as they comply with the return policy. See the return policy at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. It might not be a defective cartridge if this happened with multiple cartridges. Each runs out in dry environments. To counter this turn off the printer each time. Clean the printer before each use.
