I purchased all XL cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 9015e that requires the 962 cartridges. The XL color cartridges did not work. It gives me an error message. I don't know if my printer is going out or if the cartridges don't fit correctly. I use the Black XL all the time but had not tried the color XL because of the expense of buying all XL at the same time. I took the plunge and it didn't work.

We print a lot so our HP printer is often calling for ink and the X size ones last longer. I buy the complete package of all the colors and black. I keep one in reserve so when we need one we have it.
