installed all new cartridges but printer wont print it kicks out a blank page

Hello Janet I am sorry that this happened to you. However it is highly unlikely that this is caused by the cartridges. It is probably a clogged printhead (inside the printer). If the printhead is not allowing the ink to go through the tiny inkjets there is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu used to clear them out. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely. To prevent the problem in the future it is very important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn your printer off when it is not in use. That gives it time to position the printhead so it is protected from excessive drying which leads to clogs. Mary HP Care hp.com/support

I ended up pay 117.64 on the ink. I got this one plus I needed the photo black. Obviously it is not the stores fault but the corporate office who sets up prices. I was in need of the ink but I will be looking at other places for better pricing in the near future.

I have tried off brand Ink Cartridges and although they are priced better they do not work as well and dry out quickly. I would give a better rating but I do not understand why to replace ink cartridges it is almost cheaper to purchase a new printer.....
