Hi Edmin I am very sorry that you had this problem. However even if you can't find the generic driver through Windows 10 for example you can usually find full-featured drivers on HP.com. Try going to the following link and start typing in the model of your printer. Usually you don't have to type the entire thing before a list of suggestions appears and you can pick the closest model to the one you own. If you have the HP Photosmart 7522 e-All-in-One for example you can type "photosmart 75" and the listing of selections will include your printer: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/printers Mary HP Care hp.com/support
Hi there Adrienne I apologize you had a cartridge dry up early. This cartridge was a fluke as you normally have had great results with HP. We pride ourselves on having positive customer results. In this case we fell short. If you recently bought the cartridge it may qualify for a return at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/
Too Expensive. Also my HP Printers shows that there is still alot of ink in the report but it gives me the reading of an error that need to replace all cartridges.
I bought a package of hp 564 photo ink. When I opened the package I knew something was wrong with it - it had a sticky substance on it. I tried it and my printer indicator said it was defective. I am going to return it to Staples store today.

Hi there Lisa Yeah there should not be a sticky substance on the cartridge. Not sure if the substance is from the protective tape or something else. If you can go to www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/ to start the return process. There is an online form that shows all of the relevant information needed for a return. I would like to apologize again. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/
