NEVER get off brand ink only get manufacturers ink you will thank me later. This is great stuff don't print a ton but when I do I need it to be quality and this ink delivers
installed all new cartridges but printer wont print it kicks out a blank page

Hello Janet I am sorry that this happened to you. However it is highly unlikely that this is caused by the cartridges. It is probably a clogged printhead (inside the printer). If the printhead is not allowing the ink to go through the tiny inkjets there is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu used to clear them out. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely. To prevent the problem in the future it is very important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn your printer off when it is not in use. That gives it time to position the printhead so it is protected from excessive drying which leads to clogs. Mary HP Care hp.com/support
The quality of the cartridge was fine. It is difficult to get needed cartridges because the sizes vary despite the fact that the box has my printer model number.
