When you get a cartridge that is not satisfactory you can look into contacting them about it. Installed but the black is not working have to make trip to store to return/exchange

Hi there Karen It’s a shame the black ink is not working for you. I read that you want to make a return. I can help with that request. Before you return the item consider running a test print page. This process will pinpoint any technical difficulties you have with printing. Take out the cartridge and restart the printer.
