Pleasant experience. I lost the receipt but Staples was able to look up my rewards account and print a new one. I returned the item and was credited the amount.
The ink was very hard to open and it is not printing correctly.

Hi Kathy I am sorry that the cartridges didn’t work well for you. I can understand if you are not happy. It is probable that the printhead inside the printer is clogged. The cartridges themselves don't affect the print quality as long as they have ink in them. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu that can be used to clear out the clogs so that the ink from the cartridges will print. Mary Chris HP Care hp.com/support
The associate in the store approached me while I was trying to find my replacement ink cartridges. She was extremely helpful and friendly that it definitely made my shopping experience at Staples very pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name to give her the credit she so deserves. Keep up the excellent job.
The ink was if there was little to no ink in the new ink cartridge that I purchased.

Hello Vickie I notice you mentioned there was little ink in this cartridge. Was the printing light or did the ink just run out quickly? We want you to have a great printing experience. If the ink was light conduct the automatic maintenance and increase the print quality setting. If you want more extended use of the cartridge decrease the print quality setting.
