Easy to install. But the first 17 copies were not crisp. The black ink was smeared and blurred. The colors were good. The photo of food was very good. This purchase cost over $100. Not worth it. VERY expensive for a teacher to purchase.
A little disappointed because black ink isn’t working . I got the package with colors and black. I still need another basic black cartridge I think . Hopefully when I get that one The black will work. Don’t understand why the other black doesn’t take over.
COST TOO MUCH FOR NUMBER OF PAGES TO BE PRINTED HAD PROBLEMS ACCEPTING THE NEW YELLOW CARTRIDGE. 3FRIENDS COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. REPAIRED ITSELF OVERNIGHT

Hello Robert Your tale is less than ideal. I'm sorry for the disappointing page yields. As for the recognition program the printer sometimes rejects new cartridges. This phenomenon occurs when an update renders newer cartridges useless. A printer restart is a tactic to resolve this issue.
