the 952 series of ink is extraordinarily expensive..something like $120 for the cartridge… vs 449 FOR A SERIES 62 cartridge…when you buy a printer you need to factor in the cost of replacement cartridges

This is the fist time that I encountered that I ran out of ink so quickly in the yellow and magenta I am assuming that I received a bad batch hopefully this will never happen again.

Not a work friendly printer

This printer was purchased to replace an older version of an HP which was no longer available. I print 4-5 envelopes a day for report writing. This printer would not allow me to load an envelope on top of the paper and just print as my last one did. It was a multi-step process: remove existing paper load an envelope change the sizing in the tray and then choose the different paper loaded on the computer screen! Not work friendly!!!
