The cartridge jammed my printer had to bring it to free it. When we ran the printer ink report it showed that the magenta cartridge was half full.

I only purchase the named brand. It never leaks lasts longer than un-named brands. Saving pennies is not the most cost effective way. HP has never let me down.

The HP cartridges are way over priced but I have to have them to do the job with the printers that the company provides. Good quality print but the proprietary cartridges are ridiculously priced and always have been.
