I like the product but on one occassion i could not get the product to work and Staples would not give me a refund and the store manager was really nasty too me. I suggest that you give your product to people who will stand by the product for you. Tell me where i can go next time to purchase your product since Staples would not give me my refund to purchase more.

The HP product is a good product.But the prices are far to high.Your rewards coupon should not have an expiration dateat all. I buy ink when I need it not when you think I should. Which is to benefit you not me the customer.

Longevity of cartridges seems to be much less than before. Have had issues with defective XL black cartridges Pricing of ink makes me think I won’t reorder a HP printer when this one goes....
