HP should be ashamed of themselves for rendering a printer unusable when one color of ink is out. I've had several HP printers and will look for an alternative next time I am in the market.

With printer prices dropping drastically ink cartridge prices are rediculously high. Always liked HP but must consider other options since I'm on a fixed income and must watch expenses. Moo
