I walked into the store with my empty cartridges and a man grabbed me at the front and told me to wait in line and he would get them for me. I did and he did get me the new cartridges but I did not get to shop...so forgot my paper and pens. Why not let me shop I am sure i would have bought more and or picked out other HP stuff..

HP makes poor quality printers that mixes colors to make black ink!!!! It is a pain to make it use the black ink cartridge to print in black THEN it is another pain to make it print in color again!!!!! Done deliberately of course to cause us to waste the expensive colored ink!!!!
