Ink is great.. Staples was great to deal with. HP Auto ink jet renewal is HORRIBLE!!! They dictate when you buy ink AND they have control over your printer so if they don't like something they will disable the printer.

They worked... HP has a good thing going with their low priced printers & high cost Cartridges!

I prefer all cartridges be XL because they last longer and I use a lot of ink but this time they did not have all XL;s.

This a useful multifunctional printer. But it uses ink rapidly and the replacements only though HP are very expensive. A really exploitive business model.

I printed 160 pages since I received my pro 9015 printed. No problems.
