I have always liked HP printers: easy consistent ink color is so close to "real." However I noticed that the printer doesn't print when it thinks the ink is empty yet the image on the screen says that it is 1/4 full. I don't know whom to contact so we just keep using it in this house.

Had to purchase the combo pack for a rush job and didn't have time to wait for the smaller individual packages of ink. The 910 printed worse than the individual ones I had just used up. Ink was flat/not rich looking. Not impressed with this or the HP OJ Pro 8025 that I purchased the ink for. Thumbs down on quality for both printer and ink.
