In the 4/pack When I opened the black cartridge the ink had so much pressure it spewed out all over my lap ruining my pants socks and shoes. I was not pleased!!!!

Hello Del Nimmo Considering the circumstances it is completely understandable that you were not pleased. Getting ink all over your clothes is less than ideal. Still I recommend returning this cartridge to Staples immediately. Never try to use a leaking cartridge. The return site is www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/.
