Hi Reham It is very unusual for a cartridge to run out on the same day of installation. It sounds like something is wrong with the cartridge. I'm sorry this event happened to you. I suggest you bring the cartridge back to Staples at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. The other suggestion I had was to clean the cartridge and then gently tap it with a towel under it.
