The ink cartridges are. not working in my printer, I have had problem with this before, but was able to fix it. I have tried several trouble shooting options via the manufacture and none are working, I will have to bring them back to the store for an exchange and hope for the best - it is very frustrating.

My only suggestion is that whenever you send advertisements to me for toner and you know exactly what I ordered in the past would it be possible to only send that item to me whenever they are on sale? That would be so nice and very helpful.
