The Cyan was defective. Previously I received a set in which all cartridges were defective. The replacement set had a defective cyan. I purchased a separate cyan at the store or which I paid an additional $25. You did give me rewards credit so I am happy. But it was a lot of trouble.

It's ok but not that easy to operate. I keep getting messages saying it need's my attention but I can never figure out what it's problem is. The manual is'nt too great so no help there.
