I bought genuine HP printer cartridges and they WOULD NOT WORK. The printer told me to remove and reinstall at least a dozen times before I just gave up. Very disappointed and will be attempting to get a refund.

Hi Anne Marie I am sorry that you didn't get what you expected from the order. I can understand if you're upset. First of all counterfeit and used cartridges can be hard to identify. It is a good practice to verify if the cartridges you receive are authentic at: hp.com/anticounterfeit Perhaps the contacts on the cartridge got smudged or are damaged so that it is not recognized by your printer. You can carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with some kind of lint-free material to get off fingerprints or dust. If that does not help please consider returning it: www.staples.com/sbd/cre/help-center/returns-policy/ Mary HP Care hp.com/support
Way too expensive for what you get. Minimal pages printed and already saying half full. Where is the XL version of the Staples brand. I'll go back to my Canon printer till you get your brand in XL version.
I really like my HP Printer but the ink is ridiculously expensive. This product works as designed. I don't feel like it lasts very long given the price. I'm starting to think it would be cheaper to pay to print at the library. Not sure I'd purchase HP again due to the cost of ink.
